Today we picked the first shallots from the garden. As I mentioned before, I'm growing them so I can make more meals of Tara's mashed potatoes and shallots!Tonight however, I am sautéing them with some scallions and serving them over baked potatoes.
Yeah! I am looking forward to making them too! I was just looking at that post (mine) the other day.
