How beautiful, Nan. What a great photographer you are. I don't understand why only two, yes, two of my orange day lilies appeared this year here. Most mysterious.
Thank you Donna! And Susie, I appreciate your words, but I'm really not a great photographer. :<) So often, it is the subject which is beautiful! I wonder why you didn't get them this year. Les, they were taken around ten this morning. Thanks so much for your words.
I love these close up shots of the daylilies. I always say that is how they should be viewed. I used to think they were just red, yellow, and orange until I started to study them up close. Each cultivar is so unique, its unbelievable. Great photos!
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
Hi Nan: I just wanted to thank you for posting all the beautiful photos of your Day Lilies. I have really enjoyed seeing them each day.

ReplyDeleteWere these taken in the evening hour? They have that "golden hour" look about them. Either that or early morning? They're simply gorgeous, Nan!
