Letters from a Hill Farm
I'm so impressed, considering how far north you are! But I suppose cool weather crops would be your forte.
And the corn is up an inch, the peas are going great guns, and the leeks and onions look great. The latter were plants we bought.
Hi Nan: Your garden looks wonderful. We are just starting to see the little sprouts push their heads through the soil here. You are probably a few weeks ahead of us. I'll bet you can't wait to taste all that lovely fresh produce, I know I can't.
Our veggies have just started to come in too, Nan. Isn't it wonderful? We're eating our own carrots, beetroot, lettuce and courgettes. Nothing quite like it. :-)
I love spinach in my salads! Yum!
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
