Letters from a Hill Farm
I just found your blog on kris's blog at http://krisgardens.blogspot.com. I like the variety - photos, comments, poetry. I want to add your blog to my list of favorites.
So let's enjoy the day!!!Barbara
Thank you, Violet Lady! I'll come over and visit you, soon.Barbara, that's the spirit!
I love announcements!
It is hard to take the earlier sunsets, isn't it? But I'm with Barbara - make the best of what we got!
Laura, and doesn't Mrs B love to make them! Kris, I find myself surprised to see how early it gets dark now.
I was watching Mrs. Bale only the other day, along with the rest of the team. Splurged, over a course of several months, and now have all the As Time Goes By DVDs. Mrs. B has to be one of my favourites.
I have them, too. I asked for them as a birthday present this year. I am going through them one by one, again. She is a great source of facial expressions and quotes. I've been trying to take pictures of her from the tv. Some work, others don't. Thanks for coming by.
Now that I am a grandmother, it seems that I am often late in replying to your most-appreciated comments. But I read them as soon as they come in, and I will write as soon as I can. Please do come back and check. I love these blogging conversations. A little addendum - I've just spent quite a long time catching up with dear notes you left me months ago!! I do hope you can get back to read them. And I'm trying to be much more prompt now! Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
