I love my clothesline.
ReplyDeleteHi Nan,
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this store. Looks like an interesting place!
I can't wait to put up our clothesline, but we have to wait for Spring allergy season to pass...
What does that mean, Katie??
ReplyDeleteIt's warm enough down here to
ReplyDeletebe hanging out clothes outside!
Spring has arrived.
Have you read The Quotidian Mysteries: Laundry, Liturgy and Woman's Work by Kathleen Norris?

Bonnie
Bonnie, I bought the book after you mentioned it. I was planning to read it for Lent, but you know, I just couldn't do it. There is something about her or her writing that I don't care for. I wish I could be clearer but it is just a feeling I have. I've read another one by her and felt the same way.
ReplyDeleteI'd love the sight of sheets drying on a clothesline! They're banned in our community ~ hopefully that will change in the future!
ReplyDeleteI wanted to thank you for the comment you left me, Nan ... that really helped me put things in perspective!
