... which corresponds to my excuse as to why I'm always running behind -- I was born three weeks late!
Fabulous quote! Very Mrs. Bale-ish! xo,Lynda
Last weekend I was at home and it was cold and horrid and I slotted in Series 9 on my DVD and watched it all the way through. Sheer delight from beginning to end though I now know the dialogue word for word.I recently went to the theatre to see The Importance of Being Earnest and was delighted to see that the governess Miss Prism was Mrs Bale and the vicar ws LOL!!!
Hi Nan! No the door in the photo isn't mine although I would love to have it! It's from Spadina House in Toronto.xo,Lynda
Mrs Bale never fails to entertain.
Now that I am a grandmother, it seems that I am often late in replying to your most-appreciated comments. But I read them as soon as they come in, and I will write as soon as I can. Please do come back and check. I love these blogging conversations. A little addendum - I've just spent quite a long time catching up with dear notes you left me months ago!! I do hope you can get back to read them. And I'm trying to be much more prompt now! Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
