Quote du jour/George Harrison

When I saw the sky this evening, I found myself singing George's, Blow Away:

Wind blew in, cloud was dispersed
Rainbows appearing, the pressures were burst

  2. Oh, are you a George fan too? He's been my fave since I was a Beatles nut in my teens... I still have a big soft spot for him. Blow Away is playing in my head now! Lovely pictures!

  3. Oh, the sky is so beautiful. We have certainly had interesting wind currents over the last few days and your sky pictures illustrate them. Stay warm, snow on the way this week. Happy New Year.

I am surprised that here in the middle of the city I could capture these images. Wonders never cease. Have a great day. We have a warm week in store for my area.

  8. Hi Nan! It's been so long since I last stopped by your blog. So happy to see that you, hubby and kids are doing great. Maybe I'll dust off the pen and paper later and write you a real letter.

  9. The pictures are absolutely beautiful, thanks for sharing these. You're obviously having a good time with that camera!

You know, Nan, I've been thinking about your resolution. You still have 2 1/2 days to shop ~ you could really put in a good supply! = ) I mean, you can buy them in 2008 and well, it's not really your fault if they should happen to be delivered in 2009!
