I love your header picture of the deer! We're still digging out from this same storm, which blew through here yesterday. I'm just glad we were on the snow side of the line this time, and didn't get any ice.
It looks like that 'round me too! My husband has just informed me that unlike the last gazillion snowstorms we've had this year this snow is not light and fluffy but somewhat heavy...which leaves me saying OH POOH! in a very unlady like way! However your deer looks so pretty in it and your stew looks so delish...
Thank you both - the deer are a constant source of beauty these days. I'm a fan of snow, not ice. So far we still have power (obviously, duh!) and it's nice and cozy inside.
I am changing how I post your much appreciated comments. Since I began the blog, I've waited to post them until I had the opportunity to respond. Sometimes that's taken a while, so I've decided to moderate them and post them as soon as possible, and then I'll respond when I get a chance. Also, you may comment on any posts, no matter how old, and I will receive notice.

ReplyDeleteIt makes me want to pop into your world for a couple of days to take photos and then come back to my damp but warm UK to process them...
ReplyDeleteScriptor Senex, it'd be easier and cheaper for me to just send you some. :<)
ReplyDeleteStay warm!
ReplyDeleteSherri, the house was plenty warm, and the storm didn't amount to much. A few inches of snow, nothing at all like was predicted!
