Letters from a Hill Farm
Those photos are gorgeous, Nan! So calm and peaceful.
What beautiful photographs. They look like a dream.
Thank you, both. It was a beautiful morning. Only about 60º. Very Irish. :<) Now, it is around 67º, quite windy, and cool. All the mist is long blown away.
Ah! Everything is so lush and green. How lovely!
Oh, this reminds me so much of the foggy mornings at Mast Farm Inn in Valle Cruisis (sp?), North Carolona. I loved, loved, loved it!
We've had some wonderful spring rains lately to bring out all that lushness. Then the sun comes out and the green is just incredible. I know quite a few people who've moved to North Carolina. I think it is quite like here, only with shorter winters and different snakes. :<) One of my friends had a huge black one in the yard.
Now that I am a grandmother, it seems that I am often late in replying to your most-appreciated comments. But I read them as soon as they come in, and I will write as soon as I can. Please do come back and check. I love these blogging conversations. A little addendum - I've just spent quite a long time catching up with dear notes you left me months ago!! I do hope you can get back to read them. And I'm trying to be much more prompt now! Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
