Your lazagna looks wonderful. The cheddar cheese makes it so golden and pretty. Am I remembering correctly that you aren't that fond of cheese? Is cheddar cheese an exception, or just certain dishes? Or maybe I'm just remembering wrong! Anyway, this looks like warm comfort in a pan. Yum!
Nan, I thought I was remembering correctly. I hope your dinner was good also. How could you go wrong with homemade sauce from garden-grown tomatoes! :)
Hello, have just stumbled on your blog via Cornflower's, and this lovely lasagna stopped me in my tracks! How wonderful it sounds. I don't have a veggie garden, but do have a flower garden. One day we'll possibly do veggies, but for now it's the supermarket for us. Sigh.
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
Great cooks' minds, Nan. I'm just about to see if our pan of lasagna is ready to come out of the oven!

Marcia, I'm amazed! I haven't made it for ages. And Aisling, you are so right. I don't eat cheese. I had pasta shells and sauce and salad. :<)
