I am changing how I post your much appreciated comments. Since I began the blog, I've waited to post them until I had the opportunity to respond. Sometimes that's taken a while, so I've decided to moderate them and post them as soon as possible, and then I'll respond when I get a chance.

RLS was a local lad. He was born just a few doors down from our house, and he went to our son's school, where he often crops up in the weekly newsletter as a famous "Old Boy". In a recent reading initiative, all Edinburgh children were issued with a copy of "Kidnapped".
