He must be wishing for something. Did you do that when you were a child. Maybe it's a Hawaii thing. If we wanted something badly, we'd cross our fingers.
Kay, I think we crossed our fingers both to wish, and if we were lying. It seems like we'd put our hands behind our backs and cross our fingers. Gosh, I haven't thought about that for ages and ages. :<)
I just thought Sadie looked so fetching as she slept.
Pamela, our Ben can't sleep on his back for some reason - if he begins to roll over, he rolls right back again; but Sadie does a lot.
Les, it must be the clicking sound that scares her. I know that when I'm taking shots of turkeys or deer through the windows and they hear that sound, they leave.
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
Love both the photo of your bookshelf with the sunlight - beautiful and of course your pup's crossed paws is adorable!

Aww...just like a baby, there is something so sweet about a sleeping dog.
ReplyDeleteNeed extra luck so you run around crossing your pets' paws, huh? I love your new header, too! ;D
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!!! I love sleeping doggies and kitties!! I just want to kiss them! Also, the book you mentioned recently (the kids one), is on my list now!
ReplyDeleteLove the pic! Dogs just love to cross their paws don't they! Teddy does that too.
ReplyDeleteSadie is just so pleased to have all these comments. :<) Really, though thank you all for your nice (and funny!) words. Good to see you Laura.
ReplyDeleteI am smiling.
ReplyDeleteI need to send you one of Apple sleeping on her back.
Sadie is such a sweetie! I wish I could get more photos of Annie, but she's so afraid of the camera (??!) and I hate to upset her.

Our Tabi does the exact same thing with her paws.
ReplyDeleteNan you and Sadie just reminded me to keep fingers crossed on both hands. Need extra luck with building and selling.
ReplyDeleteVickie, thanks for coming by. I've just stopped at your blog and will be back soon.
ReplyDeleteErnestine, Sadie is happy to cross her paws for your good luck.
