I don't mind this "falling back" either, Nan. Since I'm no longer working, I don't dread those days of leaving for work in the dark and returning home in the dark. We rise when it gets light outside. It puts me in the mood for winter, which is not my favorite season, but the shorter days are nice to sit inside and read or watch movies.
I really wish they would just go back to standard time and leave us alone. Admittedly, it's easier these days when so many clocks adjust themselves, but it's the car clocks that drive me nuts because I can never remember which button to push to correct the time. Out comes the manual, and like the comedian said in that great video, I've just squandered a large part of the hour we were just gifted with.
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
I always get so confused by the time change, Nan, and it ruins my sleep for a while.
ReplyDeleteI love this time change. It's the spring, which is now technically in winter, that I have trouble with.
DeleteBoth of them bother me sleep-wise for a week at least, although I like the effects of this one better.

ReplyDeleteI love this time change too, Nan. Wish they'd keep it this way all year round!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I’m one who wishes we’d stay on DST all year .. and here in Oregon we are trying to get approval for just that!
ReplyDeleteLove Michael McIntyre... and that's so me trying to do the kitchen clock. But the really difficult one is the one in the car!
ReplyDeleteMy morning giggle. Too funny and true.

ReplyDeleteThank you for introducing me to this very funny man!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad we don't have to contend with that in Hawaii. HOWEVER, I have to remember this before calling the kids in Maryland and Illinois.
