I'm a first time visitor and really like your blog and your taste in books and I have to go back and look at the Mrs. Bales posts. I dearly love her on As Time Goes By.
Nan, Glad your power is back up and running. Sometimes it's nice to be "off the grid" for a while, but only if you get to pick and choose the time (and have all the laundry done first! lol!)
Thanks, Catherine Mary for dropping by. I visited your blog and it's amazing. There doesn't seem to be a place to comment, or did I miss it? I'll be reading a lot over there. Great thoughts.
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
Love that picture, Nan! Did you embroider that yourself?
ReplyDeleteOh no! What happened? Hope it wasn't too bad. Lovely picture.
ReplyDeleteHa, ha. I can't do any kind of sewing. Or rather I should say, I don't. :<)
ReplyDeleteBig storm with lots of trees down, wires down, etc. Some folks still don't have power. Thanks. I love that little towel.
I don't sew either. We're so much alike!
ReplyDeleteGlad your power is back on. You were missed!
