I thought I’d offer pictures my kids posted on Instagram of their versions of Bee-bim Bop, based on the children's book I wrote about here. The suppers were a huge success!
I think I mentioned that Josie and I love this book. And I'm really looking forward to reading it with Kinsey. My dil, Hyekoo, says that she will make this dish for us the next time she come. It certainly looks delicious!
I'm not too much of a rice fan myself (more the spuds type!), but both versions look really delicious. I like colourful vegetables, such as the red and yellow peppers mixed with ocra (?) and broccoli.
Did you get to try both? Oh except I guess there is meat???). Anyway both look delicious and I would try either version, maybe even try making them. Love that they made these from the book you read and gave to the little ones.
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
Yum! Now you've got me craving Bee Bim Bop!
