Letters from a Hill Farm
I always love your old magazine covers. This makes rain look fun! And not gray. I might not have gotten so tired of it if mine had been that colorful. Hope you are enjoying rainy day activities and teaching Hazel about April showers and May flowers.
So cheerful! I love this cover art!
Wow! I love that cheerful cover--I'd frame it so it would brighten my rainy days!
I concur with others, Nan; wonderful vintage cover. Sun is finally out here, though still cool. Good weather for working in the garden.
Those umbrellas make rain look cheerful! I adore the illustrations in my vintage magazines. They were truly artists. Do you know the name of this artist?
Finally, it is raining here, too! We've had no rain for weeks, and our gardens, fields and woods have been very thirsty. It'll be a long day at the office for me today anyway, so I'm not missing out on any outdoor activities.
I am really going to try and respond to your comments as soon as they come in! Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
