For this week’s Weekend Cooking

I thought I’d offer pictures my kids posted on Instagram of their versions of Bee-bim Bop, based on the children's book I wrote about here. The suppers were a huge success!

  6. I'm not too much of a rice fan myself (more the spuds type!), but both versions look really delicious. I like colourful vegetables, such as the red and yellow peppers mixed with ocra (?) and broccoli.

  8. Did you get to try both? Oh except I guess there is meat???). Anyway both look delicious and I would try either version, maybe even try making them. Love that they made these from the book you read and gave to the little ones.
