This is Campbell Walker singing his school song on March 17. He sang it to me, and then I asked if he would sing it again so I could video it, and he said yes. It makes me just melt with love. Those expressive eyebrows and the way he moves his hands. Oh, just so adorable.
Oh! the cutie! x
ReplyDeleteHe sure is!!
DeleteThis a adorable. I can see why you melt with love. He's so earnest about his school song.
ReplyDeleteWe have often used the word "earnest" to describe him in many facets of his life! I love it that you saw this.
DeleteDarling! He sang it so well.
ReplyDeleteI love your adjective, "darling". I don't hear that anymore when people describe children. Thank you for reminding me of such a good old word. Campbell goes into a different kind of persona when he sings it. Much like an actor would. I've seen him change like that when he dresses up as an animal or Ninja.
DeleteHe is so sweet.
DeleteHe really is!!
DeleteThis just made my day.
ReplyDeleteOh, that makes me so happy!
DeleteOh, he is such a dear little boy, isn't he? I'm glad he let you record him and wasn't at all shy about it.
ReplyDeleteYes, he sure is. I fear that self-conscious shyness is something that happens when they are older. But the school he and Indy attend is quite supportive of the individual child, and perhaps it won't happen to them.
DeleteWhat a great job he did! He seems confident and serious, yes. It must be wonderful to watch him growing up.
ReplyDeleteI feel so lucky, as I know you do! Just saw him again today.
DeleteWhat a sweetheart!
ReplyDeleteHe sure is!
DeleteI smile, what joy our grandchildren bring us.
ReplyDeleteThat's for sure!! Good to see you "out and about" in the blogging world.
DeleteSo, so precious! Love it and it's amazing how big he is getting - I know, you don't want to hear that in some ways - he's a good singer!
ReplyDeleteHe sure is!!
DeleteThat's just as tender as could be.
ReplyDeleteVery nice word, "tender". Thank you.
DeleteIsn’t being a grandma the best! (My daughter would agree). Hard to believe that only one of our three *great*-grandboys is younger than your grandsons! We are old!
ReplyDeleteOh, he's so cute! And so solemn. He really means the words, I think!
ReplyDeleteYes he is solemn/earnest when he does something like this. He throws his whole self in. They are wonderful words. And I'll be he does mean them.
DeleteHe is so cute and so serious. That was such a sweet song, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much. I agree!
DeleteWhat a precious little person! And like I said before, there’s some singing talent there!
ReplyDeleteHe is so precious! And quite musical like his daddy.
