I love your header photo too. I stop and visit ever so often. That sweet face. I could just imagine seeing her/him in person. Love the perfect shadow shot.
I wish we had that much sun! Contrary to what September often is like here in the south of Germany, this year it has brought chilly, wet and grey days. For two weeks in a row, my friend and I have had to cancel our appointments for running. Soon, it will be too dark to go for a run after work anyway. It's a time of the year with its own charms, but I do miss the sun and the warmth already.
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
its like a mirror image, really can feel that sun.
ReplyDeleteI was so tickled. Rarely does a picture come out just as I see it. :<)
DeleteHow perfect as a picture. And what a lovely sunny spot you have to cook.
ReplyDeleteThe sun changes so quickly that even the next couple photos I took were different.
DeleteWhat a clever photo! I like to pop over to see the donkey, too.
ReplyDeleteWish you could! She is a doll.

ReplyDeleteNebby, a jenny (girl). She is quite the donkey. Great personality. Lucky shot, as always, with the shadow. :<)
DeleteThis looks like a prize winner to me. How nice that you grabbed your camera right then. A few minutes later the light could have all changed.

We've had lots of both. But this summer we had maybe three weeks straight of rain!
DeleteNan, love that picture.
ReplyDeleteI like capturing them when the sun streams in the windows
and then in a few minutes
the image is gone...
The view changed almost as soon as I clicked the camera. :<)
DeleteWhat a perfect shot, Nan! The light and shadows in the early fall have a very different quality.
ReplyDeleteYes, they do. Today there is no sun but the bright red leaves create their own kind of sunshine.
