I love all the sheep lined up like that in front of the window! The first time that I saw sheep was from the airplane as we were landing at London/Gatwick airport. (This was years ago, they make you fly in Heathrow now). I always looked for the sheep in any field that we went past when I was visiting there!
I love sheep so much! Ours live to be old sheep who die of old age. They do a wonderful job nibbling down what would be a field. I know we flew into Gatwick many moons ago.
Oh, Nan. I love sheep - it wasn't till I went to NZ that I saw so much in the way of celebrating sheep that I was in awe of their Magnificence - knit wear, ornaments, figurines etc.
Happy Christmas to you and your family.
I am waiting for your lovely blog header re coffee...
I'll answer your comments as soon as I possibly can. Please do come back if you've asked a question. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
A rather mixed flock but charming even so. A friend of mine used to decorate his Christmas tree with sheep - maybe he still does.
ReplyDeleteI used to put them on the tree, but wanted them to have their own spot! Maybe you should call up the friend and ask him!

DeleteWe are lamenting that there is no snow here in the Upper Valley, south of you. Too much rain that should have been snow.
ReplyDeleteI have quite a collection of goat ornaments I put on our tree each year. Your previous December snow photos are missed :-)
ReplyDeleteI love them along the window! And remember flying into Gatwick long ago also.
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas!

Cute! I remember my friend from New York being very keen to look at the sheep when we got the train from my home city to Stratford-upon-Avon!
ReplyDeleteYou mean those aren't real sheep? I'm a little disappointed but nice picture anyway!
