Absolutely beautiful. It's Fall in southeast Texas, too. It's only going to get up to 91 degrees tomorrow.
Thank you.If I had emojis on my blog, I'd use the laughing till I am crying one! 91!
Look at the gradients of colour! beautiful
Thank you. So very hard to capture the true colors this time of year.
Beautiful, thank you for sharing your photograps.
You are so welcome. I miss your blog.
Glorious colours! I love autumn. You're way ahead of us; most trees here are still green.
When yours turn, ours will be all gone!
Stunning, Nan, absolutely 'stunning'.
It is the most gorgeous sight. Everywhere I go, everywhere I look.
How beautiful! Still in a drought here. Everything is turning brown.
So very sorry. We went a bit without rain, but August usually is warm and drier. Got 3+ inches the other night.
I love this picture! I'll enjoy fall 'virtually'. As Sam says, fall is far away from us. Our forecast high today is 98 or 99 or even 100. We might (only might) have a high in a week or so that is 90 or 91. Sigh. Some years are like this.
Glorious! You are ahead of us here in Ohio...
Just looking at the photo made me inhale deeply, as if I was there, feeling that soft afternoon sun and breathing the fresh air. Thanks for sharing the beauty!
Autumn colours are the best, aren't they! Over here, leaves are only just beginning to turn, and most trees and gardens are still more green than anything. Our summer was not quite as hot and dry as last year's, which may have something to do with it.
I do enjoy the seasonal changes at Windy Poplars Farm. Your photos are so special capturing the essence of the changes. I can feel the afternoon sun and breath the air too.
Ahhhh, yes. I'm pretty sure you know how lucky you are, living there, so I'll just send my benevolent envy your way.
as of yetno color here by my woodsbut soon
I am having such a lovely catch-up Nan ... Autumn is so pretty where you are.
