Our friend's new puppy
Today we drove over the border into Maine with our friend Caryn to pick up her new puppy. She got her older dog Zoe at the same place nine years ago. Zoe has been on the blog once before here. (scroll all the way down)

Oh my, makes me miss my girls so much! Yes there is nothing quite like a lab!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!!!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! We have a half-lab and half-Great Pyrenees and he is a gentle giant.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness!!!! I want one now!!!!
ReplyDeleteDid you say adorable? Yes. Adorable.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely worth a blog post, these two! Thank you for showing them to us.
ReplyDeleteI guess they are the perfect dogs - as long as there is enough space. Sadly, many people who really have neither the space nor the time tend to get such large dogs here in Germany, simply because they like the idea of having a dog, and find them adorable when they are puppies.
In your area, most people seem to have big houses and gardens, and generally seem to have a more responsible approach on pets than here.
How lovely! Being a two-Lab family, we know the joys they bring!
ReplyDeleteAwwww. Our Sidney was part yellow lab and part chow. He was an adorable pup!
ReplyDeleteOh be still my heart. That sweeet face. I had a Choc Lab for 15 years. We are dogless right now. It seems entirely too quiet most of the time. This is the first time in 30+ years I have been dogless. I haven't been 'seeking' a dog. It seems they come to me when the time is right but when I look into these sweet faces I makes me itchy for my dog to come home.
ReplyDeleteOh, they are wonderful. I love labs. Thanks for sharing these pictures with us.
ReplyDeleteAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
ReplyDeleteBeautiful puppy bellies, puppy breath, puppy curiosity and puppy cuddles. Then one day they become beautiful, intelligent animals that you love until you die. I have 3 dogs and love them all to absolutely pieces.
ReplyDeleteOMG - could both dogs be any cuter? love the photos Nan
ReplyDeleteThat face! Those eyes! Zoe's body language of patience! You've made such a nice record of an important day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a face! So adorable. I hope you share more photos!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for your enthusiasm! Caryn was pleased with your comments. Miss Tallulah is settling in just fine.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh they are so sweet; the picture of the two playing together is amazing.
ReplyDeleteThis is almost too sweet for words! What gorgeous eyes!
