Second photo is about two hours after the first. We've got quite a storm going on up here, though not as bad as in the rest of the state. We still have power.
We really are fine, Les. But there are 300,000+ in our little state without power. Worst storm ever, they say. Not up north though. We lost power on Wed. for five hours but not connected to this storm at all.
Your pictures are pretty. I always have the same thought about ice storms: beautiful but trecherous. I know you are tucked in and cozy there on your farm, and I'm glad to know it!
We have a horrible rainstorm going on over here. Mud and floods. I rather enjoyed the ice storms because things looked so pretty.... unless it brought down power lines and trees.
I was wondering how you were doing up there...I was one of of the 300,000 + without power down here on the seacoast. My MIL has been staying with us since Thursday as her power is still not on...It's Tuesday morning :0!! I still have no power at work. It sure was pretty though..I got some beautiful pictures.
Glad to hear you are okay, hip chick. I wonder what the damage was down there. I heard Ipswich looks like a tornado hit, with wires down everywhere. You're right about the beauty, esp. when the sun hits the ice on trees. Magical.
