Don't know how he did it--I have trouble working the gate. He and Frankie (yellow lab/malamut mix granddog--a Katrina rescue) took off. There are only two directions to go from their safe backyard--a main highway in one direction and the Merrimack River in the other. Fortunately, a neighbor recognized them, enticed them with a dog biscuit, and brought them safely home to my son. Frankie was heard to say, "Oh, no, Trot. We are going to be in SOOOOOOOOOOO much trouble." Trot, ever the glad rag, paid no mind, knowing that the relief of having them back safely would lead to hugs, pats on the head...and more treats!Marciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05456358514871810611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6049626897935912366.post-1975993270825559042007-11-16T12:01:00.000-05:002007-11-16T12:01:00.000-05:00I love your new header picture. I really like how dogs communicate with us - good for Ben.BooksPleasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08721650104596705715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6049626897935912366.post-16936356480862286292007-11-15T19:30:00.000-05:002007-11-15T19:30:00.000-05:00Dogs can get themselves into the most trouble so i...Dogs can get themselves into the most trouble so innocently.Lisa at Greenbowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743973292900758183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6049626897935912366.post-35382804418823187732007-11-15T18:42:00.000-05:002007-11-15T18:42:00.000-05:00What a grand adventure they had...I bet they are w...What a grand adventure they had...I bet they are writing all about it in their little dog journals!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
