  7. I love this picture! I'll enjoy fall 'virtually'. As Sam says, fall is far away from us. Our forecast high today is 98 or 99 or even 100. We might (only might) have a high in a week or so that is 90 or 91. Sigh. Some years are like this.

  9. Autumn colours are the best, aren't they! Over here, leaves are only just beginning to turn, and most trees and gardens are still more green than anything. Our summer was not quite as hot and dry as last year's, which may have something to do with it.
