She's enjoying her breakfast! Our 3 hens molted recently and haven't begun laying eggs again. I sure do miss our 3 eggs a day and have had to resort to buying them from our egg lady again, still better than those at the grocery.
Thanks for coming by everyone! Both my kids say that their kids can tell the difference between our eggs and store eggs. They are much more enthusiastic fans of the Windy Poplars eggs. Gourmets already!
