The big 10!

This was taken on April 11, the day that Hazel Nina's weight was in the double digits for the first time! 10 pounds, almost 5 times what she weighed on the day she was born. A miracle, a miracle.

  8. Oh my gosh she is absolutely so beautiful. And this really points out how very very tiny the darling was at birth. I know I thought my 8ish- pounders were delicate and impossibly small. Congratulations on this milestone!

    1. It really does, doesn't it. When I look back at pictures I can hardly believe she was so tiny. We were all so thrilled when she would gain a couple ounces. Thank you!

  12. Most definitely a miracle baby! If you never post another book review or share a garden post or a recipe from your kitchen, I will always follow your blog if Miss Hazel Nina is the subject. She is so precious and I love to see how she's growing... and to read between the lines and see how positively happy you are as her Grammy! Happy, happy, happy! xoxo
