The average amount of sunny days (not including partly sunny) in November in New Hampshire is 6. We are now 8 days into the month and I am quite sure every one of them has been sunny. Some days are crisp and others are warm, but the sun has been a constant.

ReplyDeleteI visited years ago and liked the whole countrified thing very much. My daughter almost bought a house there and we traveled up to look at it. Didn't work out. But we had a great drive.
I suddenly remember that we'd all visited N.H. as a family earlier than that, on our trip to Maine and back. Ah, memories.
I really do love that whole Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts block of states. Just gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteYvette, too bad! The southern part of the state is pretty 'citified' but up here we still have open woods and fields, thank goodness, though not as many as when I was a kid.

ReplyDeleteIt is sunny and really quite warm here in Charlotte these days! After this week it is suppose to get really cold though. Not as cold as in NH but cold for Charlotte, NC!

Oh, I'm missing all that sunshine! Please extent it, haven't seen the sun for days. And when I left NH, I had nearly 2 feet of snow on the ground!

Yes, it is that time o fyear when we savor every ray that is given to us. I sat out yesterday. It was wonderful. Love your pictures The header photo is great. A very moody sky.
ReplyDeleteSame unbelievable weather here in northeast PA. We're all enjoying it immensely in the knowledge that soon it will be gone. The cats are very confused by the time change and apparently think summer has come again.

Same here - so far (up until today, really), November has been better than July and August combined! Today, though, a cold, foggy morning with enough wetness in the air to leave droplets on my specs without it actually raining.
