I was just thinking about James Taylor the other day when I read something about his (& Carly Simon's) son Ben's album - have you ever heard any of Ben's songs? I wonder if he has a similar style.
Alison, I heard a song by Ben a while back, and thought it sounded like his dad. I keep meaning to listen to more.
Sherri, we celebrated with a friend of ours who is a huge fan. I like him; but only like a few songs. I put them on a cd, and we listened to those six(!) songs while we ate supper.

Les, I'm not a giant fan, but I do love a few songs. I bought them at iTunes and put them on a cd calling it: James Taylor - Nan's fave singles: Your Smiling Face, Sweet Baby James, Mockingbird (because of fond memories of Margaret and her best friend singing it as girls), Shower the People, You've Got a Friend, and Secret O' Life. So, 3 in common on our lists!
