Nan, you are so right. It is as pertinent today as it was way back when... Thanks for posting this as I hadn't heard -- she died of leukemia at age 72.
Peter, Paul and Mary was one of my favorite groups. Mary Travers was such an elegant, beautiful performer. I loved their harmonies. It's so sad that she's gone.
