There's more to life in your sixties than some people bargain for.

Of course one thinks about the aging process but it's an attitude of mind. I think if you start giving in to the aches and pains and begin uttering that death phrase, "well, of course, it's my age" then all is lost.

  3. Heck, that its your age thing has been used on everyone in our family from terrible twos to the eighties folks. It all depends how you look at it.

  10. Having reached 60 last year may I offer my congratulations. When you are forty you feel you don't care what people think of you any more as you have reached the age of maturity. Deep down however I think we still do. BUT at 60 I now KNOW I don't care and it is truly liberating.
