I looked it up and found that it is the title used for the British publication of what was titled <I>All Over But the Shoutin'</I> here! The English probably don't have the expression "All over but the shoutin'" and I doubt if it's heard in many places in the U.S. It's pretty much rural Southern, and fits Rick's book beautifully. I recently stumbled across a copy of Redbirds: Memories from the South (in a charity shop) and what I have read so far is staggeringly good.
