I didn't read any scary ghost stories either. I've been reading a few lately for the RIP challenge and have had enough for the time being. Like you I found some of them - the Poe tales - more boring than spooky. I think sometimes movies get the atmosphere much better than the written word - maybe I lack imagination or am too analytical.<BR/><BR/>Litlove wrote about The Horla recently and I thought it sounded interesting.
