They're one of the few veggies that are doing very much at all in the garden in this year's extremely wet summer.Cathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06371069000185280668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6049626897935912366.post-35333685662403330112007-07-28T09:58:00.000-04:002007-07-28T09:58:00.000-04:00I remember yellow beans and they do taste differen...I remember yellow beans and they do taste different from the green. Now, I'd like to eat fresh rather than canned, but I'm sure tasting the canned would bring back memories from my childhood. I've brought back lima beans into our meal repetoire recently, having liked them when my mom made them--with a little butter and peppercorn.Catherine Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18144338744214025896noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6049626897935912366.post-74825411237286421012007-07-27T14:35:00.000-04:002007-07-27T14:35:00.000-04:00I *love* yellow beans. I buy them from the farmer's market, and I try to buy the ones that have the dark purple ones mixed in. Enjoy!Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07208766776468157501noreply@blogger.com
