Also we got a rare treat a couple weeks ago when I spotted an almost all white deer on the path up to our upper pond. Even with the binoculars I couldn't get a close look at her, but could see enough that I know she's marked something like an Appaloosa horse. Years ago we had an all-white buck, but this is a young doe.
