Anna Quindlen is a gem. She has a sure touch in her non-fiction, and such a nice sense of humor too. I heard her speak in Ft.Worth many years ago and she was pleasant, well spoken, and down to earth. Thanks for sharing this link
I am changing how I post your much appreciated comments. Since I began the blog, I've waited to post them until I had the opportunity to respond. Sometimes that's taken a while, so I've decided to moderate them and post them as soon as possible, and then I'll respond when I get a chance. Also, you may comment on any posts, no matter how old, and I will receive notice.
I like her. Thanks for pointing this out.
ReplyDeleteCaught it today as well. Great interview!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Nan. I really like Anna Quindlen, but rarely catch Fresh Air.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads-up, Nan. I read the first chapter yesterday. It'll be a quick read, but I love her thoughts on life.

ReplyDeleteI heard that interview and enjoyed it. I don't think I have read any of her books. How can that have happened?
ReplyDeleteI just love her nonfiction, and my copy of the new book is on its way!
