Letters from a Hill Farm
I've signed up for this one too :) Should be fun!
Your pooch looks so happy in the snow!i am still undecided whether I'll be joining any 2012 challenges....have fun Nan.
Oooh, be careful! Challenge Reading is a (fun but) slippery slope! Soon one may not be enough . . . .
I've signed up, too. I'll be interested to see what you decide to read, Nan.
Becca and Les, I'll be interested in the title(s) you choose to read. This is a whole new reading place for me. I think I've read only two books set there.Diane and J.G., I'm just joining the ones I KNOW I will enjoy. Over the years I've tried a few that just weren't for me.
Just found your blog while I was looking for a cover image of Agnes Sligh Turnbull's Little Christmas. What a lovely space you have here!
Deniz, thank you. Are you reading Little Christmas? I thought it such a wonderful book.
Well for goodness' sake, I thought I'd stopped by here to say thank you for posting about it and give an even bigger cry of joy that you've joined. And when is your birthday, exactly, in February?! (Plus, no fear to those who are challenge-reluctant; one need only read a single book from a list which inspires me to read them all.)
I'd like to read the novel! So far I've only read the shortened version in an old Reader's Digest from the 60s...
Bellezza, you may have emailed. What happened is that I signed up before I posted on my blog. Deniz, I can't imagine it being condensed. It is such a short book as it is! :<)
I am really going to try and respond to your comments as soon as they come in! I'm so grateful for your notes. Also, you may comment on any post, no matter how old, and I will see it.
